Pass & Seymour Hard use spec grade duplex receptacle in ivory color features durable impact-resistant nylon face. It has 0.032-Inch thick brass and triple-wire power contacts for long lasting retention. It has a voltage rating of 125 Volts and current rating of 20 Amps. It features corrosion-resistant, plated and tabbed steel strap that is locked into assembly to prevent strap from bending away from body. It has terminal compartments secluded from each other for positive conductor containment and is back, side wired.Receptacle has eight hole internal screw-pressure-plate back wire terminals that accept 14 - 10 AWG solid or stranded wire copper or copper-clad conductors to offer good connection. Receptacle has auto-ground clip to ensure positive grounding. It includes tri-drive terminal and mounting screws for easy installation. Receptacle measures 1.322 Inch x 0.780 Inch x 3.281 Inch and has break-off, line-contact connecting tab for quick, easy split-circuit wiring. Receptacle is UL and CSA listed. Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
