The Pass & Seymour Hard Use Specification Grade Construction Switch in ivory is built for heavy-duty use in commercial environments. It features a current rating of 20 amps and a voltage rating of 120/277 VAC. The 1-Pole switch is constructed with an impact-resistant back body made of glass-reinforced nylon and a high-strength thermoplastic polycarbonate toggle actuator to resist breaking and chipping. The switch's brass alloy contact arm ensures excellent electrical performance, while oversized silver alloy contacts extend the switch's life. It includes a cam design to minimize arcing and has a locking support to prevent separation of the face and back body. The switch accommodates wire sizes from 14 to 10 AWG and is equipped with a plated integral ground for enhanced durability. It also features toggle bumpers for smooth and quiet operation.
