Ideal ; Thermo-Shrink underground splice kit is direct burial kit that is made of aluminum for prolonged durability. It measures 13.500 Inch x 4.500 Inch x 3.500 Inch with wire combination size of 4 AWG and is direct burial rated. It is rated to 105 deg C and it contains one splice kit with one heat shrink tubing. Kit can be used on 14/3 with and without ground thru 8/3 without ground, UF cable range. It features a tubing size of 1.1 Inch x 8 Inch and operates up to 600 Volts. Kit includes adhesive liner that provides complete insulation and protection. It has heavy-wall heat shrinkable tubing with TS-46 irradiated cross-linked polyolefin with 3:1 standard shrink ratio. Kit meets the requirements of the 2002 NEC Code 110-14(b) and UL486D standards.
