Altronix PACE1PRMT IP and PoE+ over Extended Distance CAT5e or UTP Solution

The Pace1PRMT is a long-range Ethernet adapter kit designed for transmitting data at 100mbps full duplex and power over a single twisted pair (UTP) or Cat5e cable in a PoE(+) compliant format. The kit includes a Pace1PRM receiver, which is powered by a PoE midspan, such as the Altronix Netway series, or an endspan. The receiver then passes the PoE(+) compliant power over the cable to the Pace1PTM transceiver, which supplies power to an enabled IP camera or device. These plug-and-play units offer a cost-effective solution for extending IP device installation beyond the 100-meter limit, providing an easy method to replace legacy analog products with IP devices over single twisted pair or structured cabling.
