The Winland Glycerin Bottle ("TEMP-G-B") is used in conditions to slow the sensor rate of change versus a fast reacting air temperature reading to monitor critical environments and minimize alarms as a part of the Winland Critical-Environment Monitoring Solution.
Product Specification
- Use with buffer tube ("Temp-B-T") from Winland. Follow instructions for mixing solution with distilled water
- Use with TEMP-H-S, TEMP-H-W, TEMP-L-S, TEMP-L-W, TEMP-UL-S and EAPro-ULS
- Minimizes false alarm notifications when cooler/freezer opened for short period of time
- Buffering agent to monitor temperatures below freezing (-47.2 to +32.0 F (-44 to 0 C) glycerin must be mixed with water. A mixture of 55% glycerin with 45% distilled water by volume will accomplish this. The TEMP-G-B (6oz bottle of glycerin) sold separately.
- Buffering agent to monitor temperatures above and below freezing.
- Avoid nuisance alarms for cooler/freezer defrost cycles
